Who needs an Oscar??

Blogging. It's a hobby. It keeps my family and friends in touch with what my little family is up to. It's not elaborate. It's not novel-worthy. It's probably not always grammatically correct. But you know what?? It's mine. It's fun. And it has brought new friends into my life...can't have too many friends!! I {heart} my friends!!!

One friend I've made is Kellan over at On the Upside. She has a wonderful upside to all of her stories...I mean, she really tries to find the positive in every situation. Best of all, she is an encouragement to me, and I'm very happy to call her my friend.

She's happy to call me 'awarded'. Kellan gave me a bloggy award...it's my first!! :)
