There Must Be A Bug In Our House

Little Evan, Chunk of Lead Evan, has been ill since Thursday night. Once he started getting sick, he was up about every hour throwing up until 2:30a.m. I'm so glad Donald was here...I've told you before that I'm not the vomit cleaner-upper. The husband does so great dealing with that...but don't let it be poop! That cracks me up.

Evan has only gotten sick twice since then...I'm just not sure we're in the clear yet. He doesn't have much of an appetite. Don't you just feel awful when your babies are sick?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I haven't been able to attend a scrapbook night yet this year. Donald has either been out of town or we've all been gone. Last night I was afraid that Evan might keep me from going, but everything finally worked out for me to get out and go.
See how productive I was!
Evan did well until about 2a.m., then he got sick again. Poor baby. I really hate this for him. And the washing machine is tired of washing out pukey clothes, blankets and sheets. It may rebel sometime soon.
I want Evan's bug to go away...but I want to keep my scrapbooking bug. I'm getting stuff done!
Please pray for Evan. He's getting plenty of rest, but he hasn't kept much food down.
God Bless,
once they are done throwing up and sleep it off for a few hours.........I wish we could enjoy it but as mothers we still worry over them. If we could just enjoy when they are out, we could get that R&R we need also. Both my little ones were sick last week. And you just want them back to the normal bouncy selves.
Caleb had that and it lasted for quite a few days. He didn't eat much either, but Wednesday he got his appetite back with a vengeance. Just so you know, this virus is contageous before symptoms present, so you might have it and not know it yet. No pressure. hee hee!
You know I feel so bad for you after what we've been through this week too! It's so hard watching your kids be sick, especially with throwing up because you are so helpless...you can't give them medicine or water or anything...
Keep up the good work with scrapbooking. I set a goal of 100 pages this year and I'm already at 33. I'm going to make 200 or more...it's the most relaxing thing I've got going in my stressful, stressful life! I'm glad you got that bug going right now too! Your pages are beautiful!
Been there, done that. Maddie was sick a week and a half ago, and then I got it!! Yuck! The washing thing is for the birds. Hope you are all on the mend.
I'm sorry to hear Evan isn't feeling well. I hope no one else gets it.
We've been feeling puny in our house too. I finally got them on the road to recovery and then it got me. Thank goodness ours is only cold and sinus problems (knock on wood).
I hope he feels better soon - Oh, and good job on the scrap-booking!! :)
