Tsk, Tsk, Tsk...I'm snitchin'!

To two particular Target employees:

When you 'strap on' that red shirt, you are at work. You represent a company. A business. Not your peeps on the street. Your time does not belong to you; it belongs to your employer and it's customers.

I do not appreciate your complete disregard to the customers (my family) around you when you chose to spout off your foul language...loudly...and without apology. It's one thing if you want to speak in your less-than-lady-like manner when you're off the clock, but to do so when you are at work is unacceptable. And it's one thing to use your profanities at home, and with adults, but to use it in the presence of children is pathetic.

You should be relieved that I had two grumpy children with me because they caused me to completely forget to report you to a manager. No, it may not have gotten me anywhere, but they should know about the riff-raff going on among their employees.

Shame on you.

Clean up your act.

Sincerely,

A customer who doesn't want to hear that garbage while shopping (i.e. paying your salary)

***On two occasions, employees were very loud with the 'bleepin' conversations. I scolded one woman because my kids were right beside me. She didn't seem to care. It has been a long time since I've gotten myself into a confrontation over such a thing, but when I heard her, I couldn't help myself. I blurted out 'Hey, hey, control yourself. There are children right here!'

She went along her 'bleepin' way, mumbling under her breath.

And all I'm thinking is that she is an uneducated, disrespectful person without a lick of class.

What a good impression to leave.

Good for you for speaking up! I've yet to really run into a situation like this, but I am sure I will speak up too!

I had that happen in Wal-mart one day, but it was a customer spouting off. I reported her to a manager, but when we went to find her, the lady had moved on. I asked what the manager would have done, and she said that they would have asked her to leave the store. Must say, I was impressed that they cared.

Ugh! I would be HACKED! Heck, I was just HACKED at a Sonic employee the other day. We drove over 15 minutes to get to sonic because there's not one near by.. and argh.. I was not happy with this employee.

BTW, hope your first week of work is being good for you! YAY, for Tina!

Good for you. Some people!

It sad to see how manners and respect are dwindling.

Last time I was at Target the checker had her tongue and eyebrow pierced. That was nice!

Steve had a bad Target experience yesterday, in fact. He said the girl cashier was talking to her guy friend cashier and wasn't paying any attention to him. When she scanned a dvd, it rang up a price other than what Steve thought it was, and he said it was a certain price and she really acted like it was a MAJOR deal to run a price-check. He ended up not getting it, but he was pretty ticked off with her and her lack of concern for the customer.

You go girl. This reminds me of a time when we were vacationing with family and had our two-way radios. We happened to be on the same channel as some foul-mouthed construction workers as we drove by. My sister-in-law got on the radio and chewed them out. In this instance, the workers apologized. We shouldn't be afraid to speak up!!
