Hmmm, let's see...

There was no Friday Feast for me to do on Friday. That silly chef left no explanation as to why they didn't serve up the questions...I should've done my own, but...

Sometimes, my brain is not in 'blog mode'.

I'm sure something really funny would come up if I could grease the wheels in my head to get them turning more smoothly.

I guess if I didn't wash my hair for a few days I'd have a nice surplus of 'grease' on my head. Eww.

This just in:

Ella got in my face and said 'Do I LOOK like a squirrel? Do you want a piece of me?!'

Anywho.

We have one more trip this summer...and I'm so excited! So is Ella. We're going to see her twin. I'll be looking for more stories like this one. The girls have only seen each other twice...and for only one night each time. This time, we'll be staying with them for four sleeps...I can't wait to see all the fun they have.

And the fun we will have. All eight of us...plus nine children. Someone is destined to wet their pants due to an extraordinary amount of laughing. Eek! Can't wait!

Are any of you planning a last hoorah before the kids go back to school?

Let's hear it!

Unfortunately for me and my boys there is no last hurrah for us........just more bed rest!:(

But we will have our lunch date together if Shannon has to wheel me into the restaurant like Elizabeth Taylor.;)

I'm going nuts here in Crazyville....So, do you want a piece of me?;)

God Bless,
Amy:)

The in your face bit is HILARIOUS! We are preparing for a vacation, God willing, at the end of the week so all is crazy. And "back to school"? They never left. :) My poor, poor kids can't get away from it if they want ed to.:)

That Ella is a hoot.
Your trip sounds fun. It's always good to get together with people who make you laugh.
Our last Hurrah just might be on fall break, we'll see.
God willing I should say.

Tell Ella she doesn't look like a squirrel. :) Sounds like your trip is going to be a lot of fun. take lots of pictures to show us!! We just got back from a quick weekend trip but other than that we are not going anywhere. We have 2 sports camps and scout camp for my kids that should keep us nice and busy until school starts!!

Sadly no more fun trips for us! We did all of our traveling in the early summer, and we ARE done... and I can't say I am TOO sad about that.

Have a wonderful time on your vaca, though!! :) Take lots of pictures!

How fun!

We have a few last hurrah's left. We're headed to the beach this week. Hubs still has to work there, but me and the kids will have fun.

Zach, lucky dog, gets to go on a trip to the mountains with his grandparents. They take their grandchildren on a trip the summre after Kindergarten. Abby is bummed, but will go next year.

Hmm.. let's see. Hoping to visit Memphis for a few days. My friend is selling me her van and I gotta go get it somehow..

I think that's it.

Summer is TOOOO short! Although, I'm excited for school to begin!

hehehe, my poor kids! We just finished their eval tests to make sure we can go on to the next grade level- starting in a couple days! (I need a couple days to get the teacher stuff read and things ready) We are so not taking another long break until Jeremy comes home, they get too bored/restless and end up arguing and/or whining all day.
P.S. Ella does NOT look like a squirrel.
But my children will tell you they are chipmunks! (can ya tell we've watched Alvin and the Chipmunks a few times lately! :))

We're planning two quick weekend trips, one to include the nasty beaches that Texas so graciously offers....the girls wont mind though.
