I'm a jerk...

Have you ever made a really bad decision out of frustration?

I sure have.

In fact, it was just last night.

I was playing ball...and we were losing. My team made lots of errors...and I was incredibly frustrated. Please note, this is a reason for my bad decision, but not an excuse.

I have never been a 'dirty' ball player...but I sure feel like one today.

And I've never thought of myself as a sore loser...but I sure feel like one today.

I made the last out of the game because I got picked off at first after the hit ball was caught at 3rd...she threw it and got me out. Ugh.

I was frustrated.

I was not honest.

And now I feel terrible.

My plan is to find the girl (team) that I wronged and apologize.

It shouldn't have happened...now I have to make it right.

What a good girl you are! Not many would find the team and make it right!

Oh, and I added you to my blog roll finally, hope that's o.k.

Boy do I know that feeling. It's a miserable one. I know you'll set things right and then you can breathe a sigh of relief.

I think it’s great that you want to find her and apologize, but don’t beat yourself up about this too much. In the heat of the moment, we have all done things that we aren’t so proud of. The good news is that He still loves us, regardless.

Don't you love when we let our sin nature get the better of us. I've been there recently myself! I keep wondering when I'll learn.

sometimes making it right is in the end so worth having it go wrong up front, because we learn so much and feel gods love after its all right again, not that we should go out and do wrong so we can make it right but you know what I mean. The pure love of christ! Hugs

Now that it's been a few days, I hope you are feeling better and were able to mend the situation.

Awe, not my Tina! NOOO! I would never picture you as a sore loser, competetive (sp?) yes, but not a sore loser... Nonetheless, you WOULD make it right.. because that's the sweetness that shines through.
