I've got a new holiday for y'all!

I took my dear daughter to have pictures made at her dance class Saturday morning. (that event, in and of itself, is a whole 'nuther story) There was a woman there assisting the photographer in getting the girls lined up and posed. She was not a small woman and neither were her 'girls'. And the shirt she was wearing was not made for her.

There was not much left to the imagination.

Then, we went to the ball field (at church) to watch hubs play softball. There was a woman there sitting on the ground with her son...in the path of the concession stand. That is relevant because everyone had to walk right by her and look down at her. Right down her 'little' shirt. She wasn't a very large woman. But her 'girls' weren't very small. I think our four year old could wear that shirt.

There was not much left to the imagination.

That night, we went out to dinner. As we were leaving, once again, we saw breasts and they weren't an order of chicken off the menu. It was (probably) a teenager, in a very skimpy dress. (Parents? Yea, I saw none.)

There was not much left to the imagination.

Hubby was amused. Not by all of their bare skin showing, but as I looked back to see what had him tickled, he raised up his shirt, flashed his "ladies" and said, "I just want to fit in!"

There was not much left to the imagination.

He has declared May 17th as National 'Let it all hang out' Day.

Great. One more thing to boycott.

What's up with all of these skimpy clothes? I don't want to see everything everyone has!

Oh my! What a funny story.

Gotta love skimpy clothes. Allows for good blog stories???? ha ha ha.

Just kidding. I find it a tad gross...ok, a lot gross.

sorry, all I could do was laugh since I was thinking of the same thing Saturday! I don't know what it is, but Saturdays seem to bring on the worst dressed contest (boobs and all), yet you'd think that at a church event, people would cover up more.

I heard the other day where "classic clothes" were making a comeback. . . I haven't seen the evidence yet. I guess I also need a definition of "classic clothes."

They need tat*toos that state "If you are reading this, there isn't much left to see."

Too bad I didn't get the memo! It was hot here on Saturday. :) (Please read with a large amount of sarcasm)

Why do people think we want to see their girls? I do not understand!!

♡ I was at the store w/Emma when she was 4 and a lady w/just a bikini type top on and more than her fair share of skin showing... Emma blurts out at the top of her 4 year old lungs, "MOMMY that LADY isn't very MODEST!!!" What could I say I mean we were teaching her about appropriate clothing and stuff so I just said, "Well we all have the freedom to make our own choices! She goes "Yup but that's not a very good one!"

I was thinking RIGHT ON! :)

funny that a friend of mine updated her blog from jamaica last week with a "boob" count...apparently she had seen 5 pairs as of mid-week. so much for the "family" resort they thought they were at!

will modesty ever come back? probably not in this day.

I know just what you mean. Although yesterday, I was impressed that the graduates this year were wearing considerably more than the graduates last year. Keep your self to yourself, I say!

Isn't everyday "Let 'em all hang out day"? That's how I feel.

Oh My Gosh! You should have seen what I saw walking down the street yesterday!!!!

You guys would have just fainted dead on the spot! - I would have but I was driving and didn't think that would be wise. :O

Oh, This is why I love you all. You know what would have happen if I would have been there. We would have be walking on the "yellow, river road" High five to Donald!!!!

You so totally make me laugh. It is amazing the things you see. Hum, I might have to think twice about the let it all hang out day. I wouldn't want everyone to know that I wear an add a size bra. Ü

Oh no! I never understand how anybody could feel comfortable dressing like that.

At least you all found amusement in the situation and it made for a great story!

That is SO FUNNY! Too bad I didnt read about this earlier or I would've asked him to flash his "ladies" last night. haha

Oh that is too funny. My girls aren't as small as I would like, I am thinking of duct taping them down, so I will not be participating in that annual holiday. And the world would thank me.
