I'm a smidge worn out...but for good reason. It's the working out. I'm just so, Y-A-W-N, sleepy. Pretty much all the time. I still have to keep up with everything I usually do, but it really is causing a bit of a brain-funk.
I suppose I can deal with a little brain-funk if it means dropping a few pounds.
I'll be around tomorrow with a little Grilling Goodness...please come see me!!
Happy Thursday!

I had the same problem last summer after a few weeks of working out...I started taking a separate 500 mcg B12 supplement (very cheap at Wal-Mart) and it made all the difference!
Hi Tina. No worries, you always have such great things to write. Just hearing from you is good. See you tomorrow.
Denise
I know just what you mean. I think my brain has gone into hibernation.
I am worn out, too. But I think it's because I need to get back into the gym, and start eating right again. All the holiday sugar is S-L-O-W-I-N-G me down.
So here I sit with my water bottle, beginning the hydration.
Yay for the working out but yes, it does make you more tired at first.
