ANYWHERE...

...in the sink...

...in the garbage can...

...on the side of the road...

...in a bucket...

...in a bag...

...in a lunch box...

...in your bed...

...even on your parents...

Throw up anywhere but in your CAR-SEAT!!!

Oh my word!!

I think our son has been 'throw-up' sick only twice.

And both times were in his car-seat.

The first time, the car-seat wasn't too horrible to take apart and wash.

But this time...that (different) stinkin' car-seat had my relatively calm husband spitting nails.

What a pain!!

Once he got it apart, it was washed in hot water...twice...

And then it was banished from my van.

We bought booster seats for both children.

No more five-point harness, pain in the rear end car-seats to take apart when vomit curses us!

To the new owner of said car-seat (you know who you are), it really is clean. I pray that your sweet dumplin' never ralphs while sitting in this seat.

I will only be able to suggest that you throw it away and start over.

To the designers of said car-seat...I hope you own one and have 14 children hurl in it...one for every day of two weeks.

That's sounds like justice.

And don't throw up in your friend's new-to-them van, either!

♥ Those can be such a pain to take apart. We had to do the same thing several time for the same reason! The booster is so great! I love not having a huge seat to move around! :)

I HATE when that happens!! SO annoying, you know the designer of car seats must not have children :)

Sounds like a Britax. ;) When we are taking them apart we have to remind ourselves they are the safest carseat for a reason. . .even if I am groveling!

Throw up in a car seat is gross. . .did he spare your carpet?

I agree....in the car is bad. The smell just won't ever go away!!!

I hate vomit in the carseat, but I hate it in the carpet even more.

Yeah...Somethings just aren't salvageable. Some taint just don't wash off. Hope the vomiting is over!

Oh, it is the worst! Always on our way to vacation, too.

Oh I hope that he feels better soon! There is nothing worse then trying to get the harness out of a carseat! Then trying to figure out how to goes back in with out directions.

Oh man. There really is nothing worse than throw up in a car seat! We've had that experience once and I did end up throwing it away after 2 desperate attempts to clean it. It just wouldn't come apart enough. Kids.... they know how to do it right!

I HATE it when anyone throws up! It is the worst thing. Mind you, 3 children and 3 bouts of morning sickness have helped me deal a little better with the kids throwing up now. I'm very anal about germs and will "purell" my kids to death, warning them about other kids and their germs that lead to vomiting! Yeesh!

We had something like this happen to us - except from the other end.

Some of the car seats they make these days are horrible!! I would be willing to bet that the one you had was invented by someone who doesn't have any children. I'm just sayin' ;)

Darn it. My little Annie threw up on Jason's chest when she was about 3. He was so disgusted. I had to CUT his shirt off of him!! He would not pull it over his head. He is still like that. Anytime somone pukes I am the cleaner upper. He gets to do the messes from the other end ;)

feeling a little bitter today???

AMEN SISTAH! Seriously, so glad my kids are done with that. Those that design them should have to cart around a child with the flu to qualify for their job.

Aw man, that was real gross, I bet :)
