According to my son...

These are some very important people!

Luigi, Toad, Yoshi and Mario

Evan caught 'Mario fever' from my best friend's son. He's 5 years older than Evan and LOVES Mario...and so...with any time spent around him, a kid could be infected.

Evan got these figures for Christmas...the larger ones stand about 9 inches high...so they are almost like 'baby dolls' for boys. It is hilarious to watch him act out scenes from the game with these guys.

Oh yea. The game. For the Wii. I gave it to my HUSBAND for his birthday. It was dubbed 'daddy's new game.'

Everyday when hubby comes home from work, Evan (bouncing up and down) says "Dad, can we play your new game together??" It's cute. For the first three times. And then it's annoying!!

Mario has caused a great deal of male bonding around here...with Evan and my friend's son...and with Evan and his daddy.

It's sweet.

Really.

Who'da thought?

That is sweet. Doesn't surprise me about your husband. Tina, noticed you are blogging with other mommy bloggers? I'll have to stop by that blog too! :)

Those guys are important in our house as well. Everytime, my son gets a new stuffed animal he names after one of those characters. Also, he love playing wii with his daddy. I hadn't seen those figures before, where did you find them?

My son got that game for Christmas...we all love it at our house. It gets a little crazy when we play though!!!!!

I am thinking my boys would love those "dolls". Even though they are 11 and 14 :)

Yup, we are bitten by the "Mario" bug in this house. Especially Mario Kart Wii. Imagine a bunch of grownups playing online each Friday night, and yelling like maniacs. It's awesome!!

We went through the Mario phase when Scooter was about that age. FYI we always found Mario pj's and fun light up shirts at Walmart. Scooter has to wear a Mario shirt everyday!

My husband is always "borrowing" my son's DSI to play Super Mario Brothers. And yes, they have done lots of bonding over the game!

Every time I played with Mario as a kid I killed the poor guy. I'm afraid to try again.
I LOVE your new blog design!
