We showed the house yesterday to a lovely older couple who is looking to downsize.
The house they are in now is a 'smaller' home attached via garage to a 4000+ sq ft beast of a house. It has taken them two years to sell it (and a major drop in price), but it looks like the deal is about to go through and they will need a place to go.
I know just the place!! (wink wink)
They were a beautiful couple...retired, always together, clearly loving of one another. We had a wonderful conversation with them about their church, our former pastor (who they would rush home from church to watch on tv) and the fact that God knows just the place for them and just the buyers for us.
I really don't know if this is where God wants them to be...but it would probably be a fine fit for what they are looking for. They are waiting to hear from a lender about what they can afford, etc. They told us that they would let us know something, so I'm hoping for a potential buyer who keeps their word and gives us the thumbs up or down. Preferably the thumbs up.
We shall see...

that would be wonderful. Prayers and fingers crossed, oh and my toes and eyes.
sounds like a possibility. I have to admit, I am a little jealous. Don't worry...if this is the one, God won't let them get away!
